This letter is to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Jack O’Neill and Ralph Meleo of IRS HELP INC., for the invaluable assistance they provided me in my difficulties with the IRS, The NYS Tax department and the Xerox Federal Credit Union. Following my discharge from bankruptcy, the IRS and NYS Tax department relentlessly pursued me for withholding taxes that were not paid by a corporation in which I held the majority shares – thus, the start of my worst nightmares.
The garnishment of my wages and drawdown of my cash held in financial institutions by these two taxing authorities subsequently led to the foreclosure and loss of my home due to my falling behind on my mortgage payments to the Xerox Federal Credit Union.
The knowledge of federal and state tax matters by Jack O’Neill and Ralph Meleo, their tenacity and their persistence enabled the following results:
· A savings in federal withholding taxes of approximately $625,000
· A savings in NY State withholding taxes of $80,000
· A negotiated settlement of a $165,000 deficiency judgment for $7,500 with Xerox Federal Credit Union
Thus, in total, IRS HELP INC., saved me $865,500 and gave me my life back. Without these two men, my life would have remained a total financial disaster, which certainly would have had an adverse impact on both my physical and mental health.

The patience and instinct of these two gentlemen served me well throughout this process. They were very responsive to my every request (and there were many) at all times – day, night and weekends. Once they were fully engaged and explained their strategy to me, there was never any doubt in my mind of the outcome. My surprise was how significant the savings turned out to be.

I am now gainfully employed and have purchased a new home for my wife and me. This could not have happened without Jack O’Neill and Ralph Meleo.
