a CPA and the above statement sounds a bit self serving.
However,
owing back taxes is a very serious matter. If not
addressed properly
you really can face financial disaster for
yourself, your spouse, your
family, your business, loose your
job and your house. Do you really want to
put your financial
future in the hands of just any guy or gal -
one that has not
demonstrated and proven their abilities in the
areas of education,
competence, financial know how, business knowledge,
and
negotiation skills? Also, an IRS problem is an accounting
matter,
not a legal one! Unless you have been charged by the Criminal
Investigation Division (CID), or are going to tax court, you do not
need an
attorney. You want this to stay an accounting issue!
The IRS is not your friend!
Remember:
"They have what it takes to get what you've got!"

They will if given the chance.
