The Post and Courier of Charleston, South Carolina is reporting that JK Harris will seek Bankruptcy Protection in Charleston, SC where the firm is based. The report which is linked below and written by David Slade explains that JK Harris will attempt to file a pre-packaged bankruptcy in which Tax Master's based in Houston who has their own issues with many State Attorney Generals will buy the company out of the bankruptcy free and clear of the debt.
